The selected applicants are invited to apply, which when approved, results in receiving a letter notifying of the nomination.

Requirements of Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program

    • The Ontario Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream requires the applicant to be older than 18 years at the time of submitting the initial application.
    • The applicant must have a valid profile in the Express Entry pool to be eligible for the program. If requested, an immigration consultant can create the profile on your behalf.
    • Applicant must qualify either for the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) or the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) before indicating interest in immigrating to either Ontario or “All Provinces and Territories” while creating the profile in Express Entry Program.
    • Must have received a letter of interest from Ontario through IRCC online account.
    • The applicant must have a minimum work experience of one year within the past five years under the criteria of Federal Skilled Workers Program or experience of one year within the past three years under the Canadian Experience Class.
    • The applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree or above.
    • Must have cleared the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 in English or in French.
    • The applicant is also expected to have a minimum level of savings or income to support self and family members.
    • Must have obtained a minimum CRS score under the Express Entry system as determined by the director.
